We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

                      Items are unused, unopened, and undamaged.

                      Products remain in their original packaging and condition.

                      Certain products (e.g., medical and dental consumables) are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and compliance reasons.

This policy ensures all supplies remain sterile and compliant with FDA and infection-control standards.

2. Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved to ensure efficient handling.

Please contact DSG Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.

Unapproved or improperly labeled returns may be declined to protect both our customers and our quality control process.

3. Return Shipping

If a product needs to be returned for reasons other than defect or shipping error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please use the original packaging or similar protective materials to avoid damage in transit.

If DSG shipped an incorrect or defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping and ensure a smooth replacement or refund process.

4. Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection:

                      Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

                      Funds are credited back to your original payment method.

                      Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or mis-shipped items.

We aim to make the process as simple and transparent as possible — no hidden conditions or unnecessary delays.

5. Reporting Defective or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction and patient safety come first. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

                      Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

                      Include clear photos and your order details in your message.

 Our support team will prioritize your case and work to issue a replacement or refund immediately, minimizing any disruption to your clinic or lab operations.
