Whether you’re restocking essential instruments or setting up a new operatory, our goal is to ensure every shipment reaches your clinic, lab, or distribution center safely and efficiently. 

1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship throughout the United States, Canada, and select international regions.

Orders are fulfilled from our California-based distribution centers, and when possible, from the nearest warehouse to shorten delivery times.

We work closely with trusted carriers to maintain the consistency and reliability that dental professionals depend on.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We aim to make ordering convenient and affordable for clinics and distributors alike:

  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders above $250 USD.
  • Orders below $250 are charged calculated shipping rates at checkout.
  • Express or freight options are available for urgent clinic needs or large bulk orders — simply contact us for coordination.

3. Order Processing

Every order receives careful attention and inspection before it leaves our warehouse.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During high-volume periods or custom orders (e.g., specialized dental units, equipment kits), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Our fulfillment team ensures every item is packaged securely to protect sterile supplies, precision tools, and sensitive devices.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times 

We know that dental practices run on tight schedules, so we strive for timely delivery:

  • U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor progress in real time. 

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in DSG’s pricing.

We’re happy to assist with documentation to ensure smooth customs processing.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and affected product.

Our support team will work closely with the carrier to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
